These Terms of Service apply to your purchase and use of the Dental Recall System and any related digital products sold through this website. By purchasing or downloading, you agree to these terms.
The Dental Recall System is a premade digital download: a collection of editable templates and scripts, plus supporting checklists, workflow files, guides, and tracking resources for dental practice front-desk teams. It is delivered as a single downloadable package after purchase. It is not a custom-built product, a consulting service, or a subscription.
When you purchase the product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files inside your own dental practice or organization. You may edit the editable files and templates, adapt the wording where appropriate, and use them with your team and patients.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share the files, in whole or in part. You may not repackage the product as your own.
The product is delivered digitally immediately after payment is confirmed, via our payment processor Lemon Squeezy. If you do not receive your download, email hello@dentalrecallsystem.com and we will resolve it.
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. In short: email us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
The Dental Recall System is an operational workflow toolkit. It does not constitute clinical, medical, legal, tax, or compliance advice. You are responsible for reviewing the materials and adapting them to your local regulations, professional standards, and practice requirements before use.
We have designed the product carefully, but we cannot guarantee specific business results, patient response rates, or revenue outcomes. Results depend on how the system is implemented inside your practice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim relating to the product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.
